Shipping & Delivery

We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. Most of our product are made to order and the delivery timeline is 10 to 12 days or otherwise as mentioned for the product. Since all our products are handmade and made to order, there may be some delay in shipping, In the case of further delay that 15 days, you will receive an mail from us. We charge a standard Rs.100 shipping with timeline of 10 working days for all orders within India. We also provide Express Shipping for Rs 250 with timeline of 3-5 working days for all orders within India.

Return Conditions

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE:
1.Email us with your order number and reason for return at info@thepeachstreet.com within 5 days of the delivery date to schedule a collection.
2.Please note customer needs to bear the cost of return shipping
3.Article/Articles need to be returned unused and in their original packing.
4.Our team will email back returns label and an invoice for return shipping
5.Remove all other labels from the outside of the box before sticking the returns label and sealing the parcel securely
6.To track your return, please note the tracking number printed on the returns label and enter it in the tracking number field on the relevant carrier’s website.
7.Refund will be decided basis the condition in which the product is received.
